One of the first cookbooks my mother bought me when I got married was the Bisquick cookbook. I love it because there are so many quick and easy recipes. For a busy mom, there's nothing better. This week's menu features a lot of my favorite's from this book.
Monday: Dilled Chicken Salad, Confetti Pasta Salad, Layered Potato Salad (leftovers from Kate's Dedication lunch)
Tuesday: Loaded Potato Soup
Wednesday: Crock Pot Pepper Steak
Thursday: Oven Baked Chicken, Salad, Easy Mac'n'Cheese Pie
Friday: Easy Ham 'n Swiss Pie (with broccoli added)
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Eat Out
